Yay 2016!!! Posts coming......

It's now 2016 and I guess I had to get a bad cold to force me to sit down and take the time to write in my blog again. Not that I haven't wanted to but finding the time is a struggle. Maybe I can get in the habit of writing and giving my natural health knowledge as well as my experiences studying my spiritual path and the insights I gain from it to those who are interested.  I want so badly to share my knowledge, experiences, and understandings in the hope that they will be helpful!  Today I'm attempting to turn this common 7-day cold into 4 days by taking some Chinese herbs, oil of oregano (a great anti-bacterial that I do ok on but can be hard on the stomach) and a tincture formula called ChemBuster that is helpful for a variety of concerns.  We shall see what the outcome is. Anyway, more posts to come!
If you are interested in receiving these posts on a regular basis right in your email, become a "Follower" which you will find the link on the blog's front page.  If you have ended up on my email list and would like to be deleted, just email your request to me at evolvingwellness@yahoo.com (I won't be offended!). All my best to a healthy, happy day!!  ❤️

RoundUp in Drinking Water

I learned recently from my NAET practitioner (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique) that there are new studies showing that RoundUp has gotten into our drinking water. This chemical is used so prevelently that we are now drinking it in our tap water!  Monsanto (the maker and controller of GMO seeds and products) is the monstrosity of a company who makes this product and it is now entering our organs and body systems, creating havoc especially for children and people with week immune systems. But do they care?  No they just want to make money and make excuses. Please research water filtration systems that remove all chemicals so you can drink pure water. I will post an option for you as well soon.

Principles to Live By

I'm wondering what principles people govern their lives by if they are not spiritual or religious, or are in some way working on themselves and being aware of the level or consciousness they hold and express. I see in my own mind and ego as well as in other's the tendency to be reactive and act on impulse, usually displaying vanity, anger, fear, jealousy, selfishness, judgement, criticizing self and others harshly, excessive sadness and anxiety. This is a very tough place to live from and causes so many problems in our lives yet many people don't think or believe they have the option to move beyond this low level way of living. Through spirituality I have sought to transform this in my own life as it has led to so much fear, anxiety, and depression, which has been unbearable at times. Not that we can expect to rid ourselves of these difficulties, but we can see them as a part of us and something we can observe and be aware of while not letting them rule us.  The truths I have learned and attempted to live by, which come from Soul and are within us all are:
Contentment
Compassion
Forgiveness
Patience
Love
Wisdom
Understanding
Trust
Belief
Kindness
Caring
Rising Above
Giving
Objectivity
Sharing
Tolerance
(Please feel free to add your own to this post!)
Understanding Soul and seeking to know your true self are key....Blessings and love!  ❤️

Response to Diwakar in Mumbai India

Thank you Diwakar for your kind comments on the previous post.  India must be an interesting place to live, with, as you said, the contrast between very rich and very poor, as well as the great spiritual people who live there and witness this.  I am grateful there are people like you helping to heal the broken hearted in India.  Frequently I wonder about the principles that people live under in the USA, as well as in the world at large.  I feel many people are chronically ill due to a lack of spiritual fulfillment and principles in their lives here in my country, America.  I don't see spirituality showing its face very frequently here, mostly just ego and mind.  What principles are people living their lives from?  A world run by the ego/mind is harsh indeed, and many, many people suffer.  I have gained my health and my reason to live by loving God (not male or female in my belief) and seeking to understand these spiritual truths.  I am not Christian though I seek to bring the love of God into the world as much as I can through the truths of my spiritual path, MasterPath, and to shed light into the darkness of the world we face today.  Thank you again, Diwakar, for your invitation and your comments.  Speaking of and hearing of God is one of my greatest joys.

New Post Finally 2015

This past year since my last post has been filled with trials and tribulations as well as much personal growth and many good times. I failed to really get my natural health business going and I am sad about that. My focus is chronically ill people and I am finding they don't have a lot of money so it is difficult to make a good living. Also many people find natural health tips easily for free these days and don't really want to pay for information they feel they can easily find on their own. I am passionate about natural health and will post when I can. I still sell my cookbook and love to hear from you all. Cleanse this spring if you can and still your mind with love as much as possible to connect within. All my blessings to you. ❤️

New Posts

Well I have spent the past year busy teaching dance and haven't had time for my blog.  But I have some time off from dance for awhile and want to focus on the blog and my nutrition business now.  Look for some fun new posts soon!
