  1. I am thrilled to have this cookbook as a resource to enhance my fairly limited food intake. My husband cooks most meals and has been preparing meals from this cookbook and has been impressed at how easy they are to prepare and how tasty. I feel so much better to have more variety of scrumptious dishes while healing from conditions which at present require strict adherence to what is allowed. So pleased that I found Katie Whitmarsh and her cookbook compiled with thought, love and reflection.
